Thank you Dennis for the feedback. I always want to be as clear as possible. I think we are on the same page. 70% of people paying Part B are below the standard premium of $134. In 2018, 42% will see their payments increase to the full $134 and the remaining 28% will have an increase, but remain below the standard premium.
